Our Favorite Eats in Jackson

Who eats in Jackson? We do!

We’ve been renting vans out of Jackson Hole for several years now and living here longer, so we thought we’d sit down and decide on our favorite eats in the town of Jackson. For a small town, Jackson, WY has a ton of great dining options. For us, too many options can be paralyzing so we’ve whittled your options down to make the decision easier. It’s a short list, so these are the best of the best. Enjoy!

Persephone Bakery

Persephone Bakery

Known for their fresh baked breads and pastries, Persephone is our top recommend from breakfast & brunch items. Far more than just a local bakery, Persephone makes for a great spot to linger and watch the world go by. This place will get pretty busy so you can also check out Picnic, their sister cafe across town.

Simple Eats at Snake River Brewing

Snake River Brewing

Known by locals simply as ‘The Pub,’ this is the preferred watering hole among locals. With sustainably produced brews, above average bar fare and an inviting outdoor social space, an hour or two could easily be spent kicking back and enjoying the Jackson life. Expect a laid back, casual atmosphere with excellent food and brews.

Steak and Red Wine at the Local

Local

A contemporary chophouse right on the town square. Jackson is surrounded by ranches and producers serving up the best beef, elk, and bison the west has to offer. The Local sources all of their meats from around the valley and prepares them in a way unlike any other in town. With a hip lively atmosphere, this makes for a great lunch or dinner choice. Vegetarian options are also available and truly delicious!
