A Vermont native with a lifelong curiosity for the wild, Nicole brings over five years of professional guiding experience to the Moterra team. Having led cycling, hiking, skiing, and multi-adventure expeditions across the United States and Canada, she has mastered the art of the “seamless journey”, where complex logistics meet exceptional guest service.

While her roots are in the East, Nicole’s heart was forged in the Southwest. During her years living in Salt Lake City and Park City, she became an expert in desert life, spending her time mountain biking, rafting, and canyoneering through the red rock country. This deep immersion allows her to design Southwest itineraries that go far beyond the standard tourist tracks.

Now based in Bellingham, Washington, Nicole draws daily inspiration from the intersection of the mountains and the sea. She utilizes her vast knowledge of the Pacific Northwest and the high desert to craft personal, adventurous trips that feel as effortless as they are exhilarating.
