Greg seemed to be everyone’s best friend. His door was always open and his enthusiasm for adventure never ceased.  He was constantly inviting those around him to get outside, see something new, and make some memories.

A group of Greg’s friends and family members have banded together to create “The Open Door” Adventure Foundation in hopes of preserving Greg’s legacy by extending new invitations to others to get outside and do what he loved so much.

The Foundation will provide adventure grants to one or more individuals, families or groups that could use a little help to get out on the road less traveled, but also share Greg’s spirit for adventure and will honor his love for the outdoors.
